Business Development Manager - Victoria

- Identify and analyse potential markets and key client sectors in Victoria.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to understand client needs.
- Manage a national sales pipeline from initial identification to closure.
- Develop competitive proposals, presentations, and tenders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor national market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and senior leadership to develop business strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
